Field Trip Information

  1. Have money collected from all students, parents and any siblings before arriving; teacher will pay for students, siblings and parents at one time. If parents pay at the gate the admission is $10 per person. We only accept cash and school checks.
  2. Bring students in main gate and check-in.  You will receive an itinerary for your day at the farm.  Each student, parent, or sibling will receive a wristband which must be put on before starting the tour.
  3. The time that you are scheduled for is the time your tour will begin. If you arrive early, you will have to wait until your scheduled time to begin your tour. If you are late in arriving, it may be impossible to take the complete tour. We will try our best, but we cannot interfere with other schools that were on time.
  4. We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  Due to unpredictable weather in the fall it is important to have the students dress in layers. Hats and sunscreen are also recommended.
  5. If you have weather concerns the day of your trip, please call to check the weather status on the farm.  678-850-8948
  6. Please bring hand wipes (diaper wipes) for dirty hands, a sharpie or marker to write names on pumpkins, a box or basket for pumpkins, and a few blankets for extra lunch seating if you desire a picnic style lunch on the lawn.
